John is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership in the energy, utility, and infrastructure sectors. He has led companies through startup, scale-up, and successful exits– growing revenue from $500K to $27M and negotiating over $500M in contracts. His background spans family-owned firms, PE-backed ventures, and high-growth startups, with leadership roles at Integrity Assessment Group, Reign RMC, JRGO Energy Services, and Profectus LLC.
John brings deep expertise in sales strategy, operational efficiency, and technology integration—including AI and cloud solutions—to accelerate performance. He’s known for building strong teams, embedding sales discipline across functions, and guiding companies through critical growth and transition phases.
Based in Jackson Hole, WY, John advises companies on revenue acceleration, sales transformation, and exit strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Technical Studies from Southern Illinois University.
Lee is a hands-on sales leader and mentor with over 25 years of experience in leading cross-functional, national, and global sales organizations. He has held leadership roles at major enterprises, PE-backed companies, and early-stage startups including NCR, Teradata, Aster Data, GE Aerospace, and Alegeus.
In addition to driving enterprise sales, Lee has led teams across customer success, solution engineering, and field data science applications–bringing a holistic understanding of the full customer journey.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Lee serves on multiple advisory boards and provided strategic guidance on sales growth and business development. He holds degrees in Marketing and International Business, and completed an International Business internship with Bayer AG in Germany.
