Dennis Sorenson

Dennis Sorenson is a seasoned global business executive with over 25 years of hands-on experience leading national and multinational sales and business operations. His career spans leadership roles across Fortune 500 enterprises, private equity-backed companies, and high-growth startups—including NCR, Teradata, Vista Equity Partners (Alegeus), Cove Group, Horizons West and stealth-mode AI and SaaS ventures.

Over the course of his career, Dennis has built and led high-performing teams across multiple key business functions—including revenue (sales, customer success, solution engineering, pricing), operations (sales operations, customer service, general operations, manufacturing), talent (HR, recruitment, training and enablement), and strategic support (finance, marketing, IT, legal, professional services, and partnerships). This cross-functional experience gives him a uniquely integrated view of how to align teams for growth, performance, and execution.

Based in the Salt Lake City area, Dennis actively advises companies across multiple industries on growth strategy, sales transformation, and operational scale. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Strategy and a BS in Finance from the University of Utah.

Lee Paries

Lee is a hands-on sales leader and mentor with more than 25 years of experience in leading cross-functional, national, and global sales teams. Lee has worked across large corporate enterprises, PE-backed companies, and early-stage startups at companies that include NCR, Teradata, aster data, GE Aerospace, and Alegeus. In addition to sales teams, Lee has led customer success, solution sales engineering, and field data sciences application teams.

Lee lives in the San Franscisco Bay Area, and he has always been active on multiple advisory boards, providing expertise in sales and business development. His degrees are in Marketing and International Business, and Lee completed an International Business internship at Bayer AG in Germany.
